The Midenza Seaside & Nature Retreat offers Rooms and Suites in Capo Vaticano surrounded by nature.
The accommodations are divided into small structures and you can choose between the tranquility of the hill and the convenience of a holiday just a few steps from the sea.
The two areas are connected by an external road and our golf carts operate continuously to allow you to enjoy all the services with maximum ease.
As a couple and as a family, if you are looking for an elegant and refined environment, you will find the brand new Suites and Comfort Rooms waiting for you.
The furnishings are made with natural materials, such as solid elm wood, and have been worked by skilled craftsmen.
The large verandas feature sofas and armchairs to relax, read a book or simply be enchanted by the spectacular sea view.
If you love the minimal style, you will find the Executive Suites and the Deluxe rooms equipped with a veranda, garden and a wonderful sea view.
The Family Standard rooms, which are located in the pre-existing structure, are large, simple and traditional; with two separate bedrooms and a large living room, they are a comfortable solution if you are a family looking for practicality on holiday.
Our Beach Classic rooms are located 30-70 meters from the sea. We know that the position is truly unsurpassable and we have given them a soft restyling with neutral colors to make them even more harmonious.
They are in a simple and classic style, the ceilings are very high to allow natural cooling, the furniture is made of solid wood and you will find many comforts such as air conditioning, a kettle with tea and herbal teas and fabulous furnished verandas where you can relax.
We have different solutions in the Beach Classic type for 2 to 5 people to meet every need.
We recommend them to both couples and families with older children, because of their proximity to the sea they allow everyone to enjoy the days at the beach in maximum autonomy.
The Garden Suites are the brand new Suites of the Midenza, elegant and refined in both furnishings and materials.
They have a double bedroom and a living room equipped with a double sofa bed and a reading area with TV. They are separated by a door for greater privacy.
In some units it is possible to add a single bed or a very comfortable armchair bed in the double bedroom.
The bathroom has a double sink and shower with chromotherapy and the veranda furnished with armchairs or sofas opens onto the garden and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, with Stromboli on the horizon.
The Garden Suites are located on the ground floor.
The Superior Suite is one of the brand new Suites of the Midenza, elegant and refined in both furnishings and materials.
They have a double bedroom and a living room equipped with a double sofa bed and a reading area with TV. They are separated by a door for greater privacy.

The Comfort sea view room is a cradle of elegance and romance. From your double bed you can admire the changing colors of the sea as the day progresses. Access to the room is independent to ensure maximum privacy and from the large veranda furnished with sofas or armchairs you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the sea with Stromboli and the Aeolian Islands on the horizon.
The Comfort sea view are located on the first floor.
The Accessible Room with sea view is a brand new room with the additional amenities in the bathroom for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. The bathroom is in fact equipped with sanitary fittings with handles and adequate heights, the shower is level with the floor, with direct entrance without doors and without handles.
It has a double bed and a double sofa bed. The veranda furnished with sofas offers a full view of the sea.
Midenza is partially wheelchair accessible, being built on the hills, common areas are connected by sloping paths. Almost all areas can be reached by car.
The Reception and one of the play areas are located on the highest part of the hill, as it is not possible to reach them by wheelchair, therefore we have set up a courtesy car park.
The beach solarium can be reached by our golf cart or by car, however to go down to the water's edge there is a wooden staircase.

The Executive Suites with sea view are located in a small structure with 6 units set side by side. They are new and spacious, have a minimalistic and contemporary style, with white solid wood furniture, very high ceilings to allow natural cooling and are equipped with every comfort.
They have a double bedroom, a very spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a dormeuse, a large veranda with garden overlooking the sea..
The sunset on Stromboli will enchant your family evenings.
The Deluxe rooms are located in the central part of the small facility that houses a total of 6 units set side by side. They are perfect for couples and small families who love contemporary and minimalistic style.
They are furnished with solid wood furniture and high ceilings with exposed beams, all in the name of total white, which gives a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.
They have a double bed, an armchair bed, a beautiful veranda with a rocking seat and a garden overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy a good glass of Calabrian wine, admiring romantic sunsets over the sea.
The Family Standard rooms are located in the original building, which is located on the upper part of the hill, have a simple and traditional style, with solid wood furniture and verandas with exposed beams.
You will find a double bedroom with an extra single bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a newly built living area with armchairs or sofa.
The outdoor veranda with armchairs and lounger is an ideal solution to spend moments with the family, where everyone will have a space to devote themselves to their interests.

Il Midenza is located in a wonderful and luxuriant land that we want to respect, committing ourselves to the sustainability of our choices, from small gestures such as cultivating our vegetable garden or supporting small local producers, to the most important investments: we use solar energy to heat the 'water in most of the hotel, we have used natural materials in the furnishings such as solid wood and stone, the rooms have been designed with high ceilings to favor natural cooling and we use biodegradable materials in our Bath amenities.
We pay great attention in preparing your Rooms and Suites every day. In all the accommodation you will find finest quality cotton sheets and towels and a selection of teas and herbal teas at your disposal.
In addition, an assisted laundry service has been designed to ensure even more comfort during longer stays.
Check-in is possible from 3 to 10 pm and check-out by 10 am. In some periods you will have the opportunity to use our services even on the day of arrival or departure.
