From every area here at the Midenza Seaside & Nature Retreat you will find shades of green and blue, which will captivate your mind and lighten your spirit.

In our sea view pool you will find a hydromassage area, a waterfall and geysers to give you a delicate wellness massage. The pool water is heated for maximum comfort even on less warm days.

In the large solarium you can choose between sunbeds and canopies, where you can let yourself be pampered by the sun, sipping a chilled cocktail prepared with fresh natural fruit.

Near the pool there is an outdoor massage area among the olive trees, where expert masseurs offer a wide range of rituals with aromatic oils from Calabria and personalized treatments. Beacause our massages are very high requested please book in advance.

You can also take advantage of our gardens for your yoga or meditation sessions or look for your special place full of positive vibrations where you can reconnect with yourself and find the harmony that nature suggests.

At certain times of the year you will find our Yoga teacher who will offer you Yoga sessions, gentle gymnastics and Power HIT to stay fit even on vacation or to discover a new discipline by practicing in a group or with private lessons.

From summer 2022, we are glad to offer you a little new feature: a gym in the gardens with modern Technogym equipment, an indoor space and an equipped outdoor facility. We have set up a small corner with towels, water and dried fruit at your disposal.
